The 2025 Tampa General Hospital Loggerhead Triathlon took place on Saturday, August 23, at the scenic Carlin Park in Jupiter, Florida.
The event is one of Florida’s longest-running triathlons, having been in existence since 1985, and it welcomed over 600 athletes who competed in the challenging ocean swim, bike, and run course.
The Loggerhead Triathlon has become a staple in the southeast race circuit, attracting dedicated triathletes from across the country to enjoy the oceanside setting, friendly atmosphere, and fierce competition. The race featured a 3/8 mile ocean swim, a 13-mile bike ride, and a flat 3.1-mile run.
Bill Bone was recognized as one of the key supporters of the event, serving as an Athlete Packet Supporter among the prominent sponsors who helped make the triathlon a success.
